You don’t need a fully equipped gym. Most workouts use minimal equipment—think kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and everyday objects—making it easy to train at home, in a garage gym, or while traveling.

Over nine weeks, you’ll progressively rebuild:
